Our mission is to identify and coordinate for the use of selected equipment, components and resources, for use by Amateur Radio organizations responding to local and national emergencies. These resources may also have application for non-profit public service events that demonstrate Amateur Radio communications capabilities to the general public.

NHRADIO is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation, and is affiliated with a number of Radio Emergency Service organizations. The primary role of NHRADIO is to support these organizations in completing their mission.

Amateur Radio operators nationwide have long provided communication support when normal lines of communication become strained or unavailable due to natural or man-made disasters. Amateur Radio trains, utilizing its communication resources for public service events as such as walks and bike-a-thons to non-profit groups such as the March of Dimes, American Cancer Society and the American Diabetes Association to name just a few.
